  1. How do you book?

  2. Reservations are required?
    We recommend that you book your bike in advance to make sure you get the model you want and in your size.
  3. How can I cancel my booking?
    The cancellation of a reservation is possible no later than 48 hours before the start date and time of the rental and must be sent in writing to the email: address@riempimidibici.it. In this case, no amount will be charged and any sums already paid will be returned.
  4. Is there a minimum number of participants required?
    No, you can also rent just one bike
  5. What happens in case of bad weather?
    In case of bad weather, the reservation can be canceled within the day of the rental. In this case, no amount will be charged and any sums already paid will be returned. There are no refunds in the event of rain after the start of the rental.
  6. What should I do if I want to extend the bike rental?
    No problem: you can communicate the extension of the rental by indicating the new delivery date and time. We will charge you the difference upon your return.

ASSISTANCE

  1. Do I have assistance in case of breakdowns?
    Yes, in case of emergency we have this service
  2. What happens in case of theft of the rented vehicle?
    To help you avoid theft we give you a padlock with chain. Every time, absolutely every time you want to stop you have to tie it up. If the rental is for more than one day you must be able to store the bike overnight. In case of theft you must contact us immediately to proceed with the complaint and payment for the bicycle.
  3. Does the rental include insurance?
    We have signed a suitable policy to cover the rental activity for the hypothesis of civil liability towards third parties.

DELIVERY / RETURN

  1. What documents are required to rent a bicycle?
    An identity document and a credit card are required for the security deposit. Keep in mind that at the end of the rental the security deposit will not be immediately available as the banking circuits take a few days to release the sums.
  2. Do I have to leave a deposit?
    Yes. The amount varies according to the model of bicycle chosen.
  3. Is the use of a helmet compulsory?
    In Italy the use of a helmet is not mandatory but we suggest you always use it in any condition
  4. Is there a bicycle delivery and collection service to and from a hotel?
    Yes. On request, the bicycles can be delivered / returned also to an accommodation facility with the addition of an extra supplement.
  5. How many kilometers can you cover with a charged battery?
    Battery consumption strongly depends on the support level set on the bikes as well as on the riding mode, the cyclist's weight and the characteristics of the route being tackled.
